Alex joined Lloyd Sadd in February 2024 as a Risk Advisor in the Commercial Lines Department. He holds a diploma in Insurance and Risk Management from Grant MacEwan University, which he obtained in 2011, and subsequently earned his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.

With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Alex has developed extensive expertise in claims management, including auto, property, commercial, liability, and injury losses. Prior to joining Lloyd Sadd, he played a key role in claims Quality Management and Process Improvements at a national level, focusing on optimizing claims handling efficiency and effectiveness. In his role at Lloyd Sadd, he aims to integrate his technical expertise with a client-centric approach to risk advisory services.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Alex is a dedicated father to twin boys and an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys spending time exploring Edmonton’s extensive trail network with his family and frequently visits Canmore, a cherished destination for outdoor recreation.
