Chad graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Business Administration. He joined one of Canada’s major benefits providers and spent nearly 10 years as a successful Account Executive prior to joining Lloyd Sadd. Chad prioritizes the highest level of customer service and responsiveness. His expertise lies in navigating the benefits landscape and helping to create plan design solutions to optimize costs and employee retention.

Outside of work, Chad is a dedicated husband and father and can usually be found at a hockey rink around the city.
