Jonathan Reimche

Jonathan Reimche is a partner in PwC’s Deals practice in Calgary where he focuses on developing and executing strategies to preserve and create value for businesses in challenging situations. He works closely with our clients to establish a thesis, underlined by data analytics, and then develop and execute a strategy to realize maximum value in transactions.
Jonathan has responsibility for PwC’s Value Creation practice in Western Canada, is a member of PwC Canada’s Private Company Services (PCS) extended leadership team and is a Senior Vice President in PwC’s Corporate Advisory & Restructuring team.
In addition to his deep experience in the energy production sector, Jonathan has a broad range of experience across other sectors including construction, cleantech, hospitality/entertainment, agriculture, aviation, and forestry, pulp and paper.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP), a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
Jonathan is actively involved in the restructuring community including working with the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) serving in various executive capacities on the TMA Global Executive Board (2012-2016, 2020-2021) and Global Board of Trustees (2011-2017, 2020-2021), most recently as global VP Finance (2020-2021).
