Claims Advocate

Kim began his career in general insurance in 1994 while doing the General Insurance & Business Administration diploma program at Mount Royal College in Calgary.

Since that time he has worked as an Account Executive, Broker and Claims Adjuster.  However, most of his time (20+ years) has been devoted to being a Claims Advocate to clients at various brokerages in Calgary.

He has been involved in a variety of claims from automobile fender benders to billion dollar oil refinery losses.

Kim’s role is to provide help and assist Lloyd Sadd clients through the claims process with a goal to have the claim settled in our client’s best interest and as quickly as possible.

Kim holds a Level 2 Alberta Broker’s License as well as the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Canadian Professional Insurance Broker (CPIB) industry designations.

He is available to discuss any claims concerns and will provide feedback based on his experience and expertise.
